Project Schedules (CPM)

 

Project schedules serve several primary functions:

  1. they meet the contract requirments;
  2. they force detailed thinking about how the project will be constructed;
  3. they communicate to others the intended sequencing of the project.

Working with the general contractor’s project team (project manager, project superintendent, etc…), we develop a Critical Path Method (CPM) project schedule using MS Project®. Upon request, schedules can be cost and/or resource loaded. Project schedules can also me managed and maintained with “schedule updates”
