Our Material Takeoff (MTO) is a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure, describing where material is intended for use. A summary document, Bill of Materials (BOM), is provided for easy pricing by suppliers. At the request of the client, we can also provide the ‘marked-up floor plan sheets’ in pdf format identifying the takeoff.
