Our “Budget Estimate” is designed for the preconstruction phase of the project. The owner and developer will find this estimate valuable for the “feasibility study”; The architect will find this estimate valuable to check that the project design is inline with the budget.
One of two approaches are used in developing the Budget Estimate:
- Takeoff Quantities are extended with prices sourced from RS Means® publications to establish budget line items;
- Takeoff Quantities are extended with prices researched from local markets to establish budget line items estimates.
